As a busy mother and nutritionist, Selena understands how busy life can be! Her dream is to provide a convenient and accessible way for families to eat healthy, delicious meals. Using fresh, local ingredients, Chef Selena custom- crafts weekly meal plans for couples, families, and fitness enthusiasts while accommodating those with special dietary needs like vegetarianism, keto, dairy and gluten-free. Best of all, for Oceanside, British Columbia residents, meals are delivered directly to your door!
